OpenSea CEO Devin Finzer said the company is delaying the anticipated $SEA token launch, which many in the NFT community had expected on March 30, citing challenging market conditions. OpenSea will respond by setting trading fees to 0% for 60 days starting March 31, refunding fees for trades made during Rewards Waves 3–6 (in exchange for forfeiting “Treasures” points), and ending the “Waves” rewards system in favor of a clearer timeline.

T. Rowe Price updates SEC filing for active crypto ETF spanning 5–15 assets
T. Rowe Price updated its S-1 with the U.S. SEC on March 16, outlining a proposed actively managed Price Active Crypto ETF that can rotate among roughly five to fifteen digital assets. BlockFills files for Chapter 11 in Delaware as liabilities cited up to $500 million
Chicago-based crypto lender BlockFills, operated by Reliz Ltd., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware, saying the voluntary process is intended to preserve business value and improve stakeholder recoveries.
