Across Protocol weighs token-to-equity shift as DAOs face institutional demands

Across Protocol’s DAO is considering a move toward a US C-corporation via a token-to-equity exchange buyout, after Risk Labs said the current token-and-DAO setup limits enterprise and institutional dealmaking. The proposal is framed as a nonbinding "temperature check" and would still require a governance vote, with DAO members expected to vote in early April.
