JUST IN: A $1 stablecoin CRASHED to nearly zero after a nearly $1 MILLION exploit. Balance Coin, meant to hold $1 value using Bitcoinbacked collateral, crashed more than 99% to around $0.0014. SlowMist said the attacker fed the protocol’s oracle an extremely low BTC price, triggering liquidations of vaults. The attacker then seized the collateral and converted it into about $912,000 in profit. BLC now trades at $0.00075, valuing the entire 3.51M circulating supply at just $2,570.
