The jury consisted of highly respected figures in the crypto and tech industries. Among them were Vladimir Smerkis, co-founder of BLUM, Dmitry Marinichev, the Internet Ombudsman, and Maria Agranovskaya, a member of the State Duma Expert Council on Blockchain and Digital Technologies. Other experts included Sergei Bezdelov, director of the Industrial Mining Association, Nikolai Shkilev, founder of the Private Business Club and the ZELWIN ecosystem, and Sergei Mendeleev, founder of EXVED.
